Qualifications:

 

1、Fresh graduates of 2025 or 2026.


2、Master’s degree or above; Bachelor’s degree from 985/211/Double First-Class universities is also acceptable. Exceptional candidates from other Tier-1 universities may be considered.


3、Majors in Electronic Information, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or other related STEM fields. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) certificate is required.


4、Excellent communication, organizational, and logical thinking skills. Prior experience in student leadership or campus organizations is preferred.

I. Job Responsibilities:


1.Collect and analyze industry intelligence, including product trends and competitor developments, to support strategic decision-making;


2.Coordinate capacity planning and align production capabilities with market sales demands;


3.Manage and streamline business processes within the SAP system;


4.Handle customer complaints (RMA) and ensure timely resolution;


5.Assist in driving New Product Definition (NPD) and project initiation. Regularly consolidate regional sales data and customer feedback, collaborate with product lines on market research and competitive analysis, and manage sales pipeline/opportunity data from sales channels. Track sample testing and design-in progress; monitor key accounts for pricing, delivery, orders, and inventory status to drive revenue and gross margin growth;


6.Liaise with internal cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time product development and alignment with customer requirements;


7.Be well-versed in automotive-grade customer qualification processes and quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949). Capable of identifying customer priorities, understanding project review logic, and applying product selection criteria with a cost-oriented mindset. Possess strong market analysis and cross-functional coordination skills to drive R&D and supply chain responsiveness to customer needs.


II. Qualifications:


1.Bachelor’s degree or above;


2.3-5 years of marketing experience in the semiconductor or OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) industry, or at the application end;


3.Excellent communication, coordination, and logical analysis skills;


4.Strong learning agility and sense of responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

I. Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintain an in-depth understanding of the target customer base within the assigned industry, with a particular focus on leading enterprises and publicly listed companies;


2.Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers’ production scale and operational status;


3.Master the functional block diagrams of various products in the assigned industry. Be highly familiar with the corresponding company products and models required for related circuit applications;


4.Be well-versed in our company’s supporting products, including manufacturing processes, packaging technologies, and electrical parameters. Keep abreast of competitor products and their performance levels;


5.Handle customer sample requests and model cross-referencing (benchmarking). Track customer usage status and feedback on samples;


6.Understand relevant product failure modes and provide effective troubleshooting solutions;


7.Collaborate with sales teams to drive product promotion and marketing efforts;


8.Provide customers with product consultations, technical solutions, and on-site technical support;


9.Provide guidance and training on internal business operations and back-office knowledge for internal sales and support staff;


10.Continuously expand knowledge regarding industry-specific products and emerging trends.


II. Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;


2.3-5 years of experience in the same industry;


3.Proficient in reading and writing basic code. Experience with Linux and ROS is preferred; candidates with ADAS development experience will be highly regarded;


4.Solid understanding of basic circuits and electronic components. Capable of reading schematic diagrams and operating common electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. Hands-on experience in hardware teardown and soldering is a strong plus;


5.Strong learning agility and logical analysis skills;


6.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.

I. Job Responsibilities:

 

1.Maintain existing key accounts and actively identify, develop new target customers for company products;

 

2.Participate in technical exchanges and discussions with target customers;

 

3.Engage in contract negotiations, bidding processes, and contract signing;

 

4.Act as the Project Manager to coordinate and organize tasks during project implementation;

 

5.Ensure timely collection of sales payments in accordance with the executed contracts or agreements.

 

II. Qualifications:

 

1.Associate degree or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Majors in Electronics, Communications, Marketing, or related fields are preferred;

 

2.Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. Prior background in electronic components, electronics, semiconductor, or integrated circuit industries is highly preferred;

 

3.Familiar with the B2B sales model. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer visits and needs analysis;

 

4.Solid technical comprehension skills, capable of collaborating with technical teams for customer communication and solution presentations;

 

5.Native Mandarin speaker with excellent verbal communication skills and a strong sense of customer service;

 

6.Willingness to travel frequently. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. Must be open to an alternating work schedule (alternating between 5-day and 6-day workweeks).
